3 month room sublet - Hackney Central Flat

Hiiiii my names Bekah - I have a lovely double room going in a 2 bed flat in Hackney Central. My housemate is moving back to Australia and I’m looking to fill her room until 5th July when the contract runs out.

I’m 30 and have lived in Hackney for 6 years now. This flat is very much our home that we’ve made and is nice and cosy so hopefully you’ll feel comfortable. I work near Old Street and normally go in 3-4 days a week. I like to chill at home, love cooking when I get in but I’m out and about quite a bit as well so ideally looking for someone who’s the same!

Even though it’s only 3 months, I’m looking for someone who’s happy to hang out when we’re at home and watch some tv together (need someone to finish White Lotus with).

The room is fully furnished - had a double bed with new Emma mattress, drawers and 2 big clothes rails/ wardrobes.

Rent is £1075, bills come to around £175 that all come out one account already so no need to set anything up. This includes water, gas, WiFi, electricity etc. I also have Netflix and everything.
