Hey! I’m renting out a lovely double room in my 3-bedroom flat, just a 10-minute walk from Hackney Central — available Monday to Friday only.

The room comes with a comfy double bed, a chest of drawers, and a stylish open hanger rail for clothes. It’s a bright, light-filled space — perfect if you like things clean, calm, and well put together. I’m happy for you to make it your own, and open to chatting about anything you might need before moving in — like adding a desk, for example.

You’ll have your own private shower and toilet, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d need.

This setup is ideal for someone who’s commuting into London for work during the week and heading home at weekends. It’s a peaceful, well-kept space — perfect for a professional looking for a comfortable weekday base.

You’ll be sharing the flat with just me — and my small, friendly black Cocker Spaniel. He’s sweet, calm, and used to having people around.

Rent is £1,250 per month (all bills included) — covering Wi-Fi, council tax, and utilities.
