February, 2-3 Months Sublet, Hackney Downs

Hey there,

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home from February, ideally for a minimum stay of 2–3 months.

The room itself is huge — honestly a rare find in London — and feels like a real privilege to have so much space. But more than that, this has been our home for the past four years, and we really care for it as such.

We’re starting with a sublet because it’s important to us to see how we all vibe living together before offering anything longer-term. Our landlord is very supportive and happy for us to create a space that truly feels like home.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is:

✨ Conscious, mindful, caring, and self-aware
✨ Clean, proactive, and respectful of shared space — we’ve hosted sublets before and have learned how important this is for everyone to feel at ease

The house is spacious and beautiful, with a magical garden that really comes alive in the warmer months. We’re both in our early 40s, though age isn’t important to us — what matters is awareness, kindness, and mutual respect.

The room is currently undergoing renovation, but we’re more than happy to meet up for a tea and a chat in the meantime. We’re a conscious household, and it’s genuinely important for us to find someone who feels aligned.
