Hey there,

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home from 1st SEPT, with a minimum stay of 2 - 3 months. The room is massive, it’s a rare find and an absolute privilege to have this much space in London

This isn’t just a house, it’s been our home for the past 3 years, and we treat it with love and care. Our landlord fully supports us in creating a space that feels like home, which is why we’re subletting first, to see how we vibe living together before offering something long-term.

We’re ideally looking for someone who is:

✨ Mindful, conscious, caring, and self-aware
✨ Clean and proactive, we’ve had a few sublets before, and we’ve realised how important it is that everyone takes initiative around the house

The house itself is spacious and beautiful, with a magical garden that’s a dream when the sun’s out. We’re both 40, we don't mind the age, if someone is conscious and self - aware.
