Double room available before Xmas in Hackney

Hello! We are Emma and Kate. Our housemate is moving out around 18 December and so we have a room coming available in the three bed apartment that we rent by Hackney Downs park. We can be quite flexible on dates so let us know if earlier better.

We both work Monday- Friday jobs and work from the office a lot of the time. We both work long hours at times so ideally looking for someone on a similar level. The apartment is gorgeous and we keep it a quiet place to come home to, especially during the week. There’s no pressure for whoever moves in to become ‘forced friends’ as we understand that at our age you have your own life going on, so never offended if anyone wants to sneak off to their room after a long day’s work.

The apartment is actually unfurnished but we have pretty much everything covered at this point. The bedroom will be unfurnished. You will only need to share the bathroom with one other person as there is an en-suite elsewhere in the apartment.

We’re on the 8th floor so the views are amazing, and there is an outdoor pool as part of the complex which is great to have during a sweltering London summer. We’re 7min walk from rectory road so commuting We’re looking for someone who works from the office majority of the time and who keeps the place really clean and tidy. We do have a cleaner who comes once a week, included in the rent.

Bills are not included but to come in around £100 each.
