Double Room in large three bedroom house w/ garden

Hey!

MJ and Stephen here. We're looking for a third housemate to move into our house on Glyn Road in Homerton and join the newly negotiated lease from June. Our previous chosen roommate was not able to pass references so please only apply if you have the right to live in the UK.

The room is a double at the back of the house overlooking our garden. The communal space has a large open plan living and dining area with a large kitchen/breakfast area at the back of the house. The garden is large and catches the sun throughout the day.

We're looking for a professional housemate, that likes to socialise and go out but that likes a chill home environment.

We both work in tech and plan on working from home max 1/2 days per week. For our third housemate, if they WFH, we'd prefer a similar WFH set up. The house did come unfurnished but we've built up over the years. The room technically comes unfurnished but if you are interested in the bed, you can chat to the roommate that is leaving us to move in with their partner.

Stephen has been living in the house for the past 2 years, however, the house has been in our friend group for 4 years and we're on great terms with our landlord. The bills are shared and usually work out to be about 80-100/month
