Queer-friendly 2-bed Clapton home - a cat welcome

~ About the room ~

£900 includes (unlimited) heating, with bills ~£1130 (including a monthly cleaner, toilet paper subscription, and the usual council tax band C, water, electric etc.).

The room comes semi-furnished with the bed and antique wardrobe. You'll have to get dressers and a desk.

The lease is from June 26th, a one-year lease with possibility for renewal. The flat is on the third floor, stairs all the way up.

~ About you ~

I'm seeking a clean, mindful and friendly flatmate to fill a sunny room the flat. Fellow sapphics especially welcome!

Since it's just a 2-bed, I'm seeking a flatmate who is respectful of noise, especially in the evenings, and is an open and thoughtful communicator.

The flat is suitable for someone who works from home some or most of the time as I am usually in the office. As some of the furniture in the living room belongs to the outgoing flatmate, I'll have to replace it and I plan to get a table that easily transitions into an occasional WFH space.

One well-behaved cat would also be welcome -- I've previously fostered a cat and I have a space for your litter box in a hallway. The flat is not suitable for someone with cat allergies. If you don't have a cat, I may occasionally foster or cat sit.

I'm a busy trainee solicitor lesbian who often works late hours, and when I'm not working I'm trying to perform poetry or do some creative writing. I'd love a flatmate I can chill and laugh with when I've got the time :)
