Hey there! We’ve got a lovely single room available in our clean and well-designed flat in the heart of Hackney. It’s a peaceful space for someone tidy, respectful & easygoing who wants a proper home, not just a place to crash.

The room gets plenty of natural light and is part of an open-plan living area with two comfy sofas, a big TV, and a modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine). The sleek, hotel-style bathroom has both a powerful shower and a full tub. You’ll also have super-fast Starlink Wi-Fi & all bills are covered—including a weekly cleaner and all the amenities.

The location couldn’t be better! We’re just a 60-second walk from Hackney Central Station and 20 seconds from Hackney Town Hall bus station, so you’ll be able to reach all of London within easy reach. Broadway Market and London Fields are a 20-minute walk away, with pubs, cafes, a gym, a yoga studio & even a tailor all within a minute’s walk.

About us: We’re three professionals on classic 9-to-5 schedules. Adam is a professor at a prestigious central London school (originally from Wales), An Yang is a dietitian at a brilliant hospital (from Australia) & I’m Owen, I work in tech sales in Soho and cycle to work every day (we have a bike shed). We’re an active bunch who enjoy hanging out & doing fun activities when we can but we deeply respect each other’s space and downtime.

The details: £1,300 per calendar month covers everything. Deposit is £200, and move-in is available immediately. The flat comes fully furnished.
