About us - you’ll be living me Zoe and Jerry! Jerry is 31 and is a dog walker / sitter and Zoe 25 and a freelance fashion stylist and creative assistant. We’re a social and relaxed flat who likes watching tv, cooking sometimes together, as well as sometimes socialising out of the flat such as pub trips, going to events/markets and sometimes a night out! We’re looking for someone who wants to be social with the flat.
About the room - the rent is £885 without bills and bills are usually around £135 per month per person. It’s a double room with its own private yard and will be sharing the bathroom with one other person, (me, Zoe!) as well as a shared garden upstairs.
The flat is based next to Hackney Downs park with clapton overground station 10 minutes walk away as well as Hackney central overground by 15 minutes walk away.
The room is from June 1st so will need to be filled asap :)
