We are looking for someone/s to take over the last 6 months of our tenancy (*with the scope to extend to a new contract!*) on a large 1 bed flat in Dalston/Hackney.

Situated a 5 minute walk from Hackney Downs overground (with direct trains to Liverpool Street in 8 minutes) and a 10 minute walk from Dalston Junction/Kingsland. Close to London Fields, Hackney Central and the variety of pubs in the area! Ideal for professionals who want an easy commute into central but lots of things to do on their doorstep.

The flat had just been renovated at the beginning of our tenancy in Jan 2024,
so everything is practically new! Modern bathroom and kitchen/living room (with dishwasher), spacious bedroom with room to comfortably fit a king sized bed and a good sized storage cupboard.

The contract take over date would be from the end of September/start of October and require references with Foxtons. We are buying a house (no chain) and therefore moving out of London, but have been very happy living here over the past 18 months!
