Flexible one-month sublet in Hackney

Hello! In case anyone is between flats and looking for a short sublet, a room in our gorgeous period flat is available from now until the end of March. The rent is 950 per month plus 160 per month in bills, which includes cleaners every two weeks. :)

THE ROOM:
A very spacious lower ground room, very quiet and clean. There is a shared communal bathroom (pictured) as well as a small second private bathroom next to your bedroom so you'd have your own sink and toilet.

THE FLATMATES: You’d be living with Mysan (33) me (36), and Peter (10 - feline). Mysan is a pastry chef from Sweden and I'm an American working at a travel startup. Peter is unemployed.

THE FLAT:
The flat is fantastic: the highlight is the gorgeous living room / kitchen with extra-high ceilings and original Victorian features throughout, filled with art, books, more houseplants than you can count, two couches, and a TV with a vast inherited DVD collection. It opens onto a small private terrace where we occasionally host BBQs and attempt to keep our many plants alive. The flat has a dishwasher and washing machine included.

We love the neighbourhood. We’re a 5 minute walk to Hackney Downs, and have two overground stops within 10 minutes (Hackney Central and Hackney Downs). Lower Clapton is full of nice cafes, cozy pubs and wine bars, and we live dangerously close to Yard Sale Pizza, and London Fields is a 15 minute walk away!
