I’m going travelling so my room is available for 7-8 months. It’s a decent sized double with built in wardrobes. You also have your own private bathroom.

This place is amazing, with lots of light and a huge south-facing balcony that wraps around the whole flat. The building also has a small gym that's free to use, as well as bike storage.

£1,600 a month including bills.

Margaux is French, works in art, speaks about a million languages, plays bass in a band, is a Hackney Half regular and has been the perfect housemate over the last few years. We originally met via spareroom but our place has never felt like a flatshare. We are both quite sociable have have made the place a home - hopefully you'll be the same.

Margaux also works in the office 4 days a week, with Fridays at home, and has fairly regular trips away so you'll probably have the place to yourself at times.
