We have a bright and spacious double bedroom available in our friendly shared house in Upper Clapton.

The house is a true gem — with a huge backyard garden, perfect for relaxing, enjoying some sun, or sharing a meal outdoors. Inside, it’s cosy, clean, and welcoming.

You’ll be sharing with lovely, easygoing housemates who enjoy cooking, hanging out in the evenings, and having a chat — but we also really value and respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. This is not a party house, and we keep things clean, tidy, and peaceful.

We’re looking for someone who appreciates the same — friendly, respectful, and happy to contribute to keeping the space nice for everyone.

📍 Location: Upper Clapton — great transport links and plenty of green spaces nearby.
🛏️ Room: Double bedroom, furnished.
🏡 House: Large kitchen, living space, and massive backyard.
📆 Stay: This is for a temporary stay of maximum 2 months.

💷 Rent: £850 per month.
💡 Bills: Not included in the rent — usually around £100/month maximum, depending on electricity and water usage.
✅ Council tax included.
