The flat is based in one of East London’s best locations, right next to Mare Street. Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations are just a 2 and 5 minute walk away respectively.
The area is full of things to do with restaurants, pubs, and all sorts of supermarkets literally minutes away. The closest parks are London Fields and Hackney Downs, as well as Columbia Road and Broadway Market being a short walk away.
The Flat:
The flat is spread over two floors. The first floor features a bright double-height living room and kitchen, a communal bathroom, and two bedrooms. The third bedroom with a private terrace is located on the upper level, along with a communal mezzanine with a desk where we often work when needed. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer in the flat.
You’d be living with me–a 28 year old non binary professional who works 4 days a week in the office. The environment in this flat has always been peaceful but also social and my previous flatmates and I have always enjoyed each other’s company but also respect each other’s space. The flat environment is very relaxed, tidy and communicative. There is also currently a cleaner that comes fortnightly to help maintain the house.
An agency manages the flat, but they are responsive and take good care of the property.
The Room:
(Can move into room from 14 September) The available bedroom is a double room that has a good amount of light throughout the day with a window overlooking the same quiet garden. The room has space for a desk and is also partly furnished (inc. a mattress & bed, headboard and white chest of drawers). With this room you’d be sharing a large bathroom with a shower, tub, sink and toilet with myself.

The contact is renewed on 14th of September.
The en-suite room is available from 17 August. The price for the double ensuite room is £1,080, excluding bills.
The second double bedroom is available from 14 September. The price for the double room is £898, excluding bills.
Bills are around £100-£120 depending on the season. Council tax band E
