Large double room in 2 bed flat share BILLS inc

I am subletting 1 large double bedroom in this cosy flat, which is located in between Hackney Downs and Lower Clapton.

It is the larger of the two double rooms in the flat (I am in the other one), with shared access to a spacious living room and a big kitchen. There is also a shared bathroom and toilet. It includes a nice sun trap on the balcony at the front of the flat as well.

It's in an amazing location with Hackney Downs Park a literal stones throw away, across the road. Also within 5 minute walk is Hackney Marshes, Walthamstow Marshes and the River Lea canal.

I moved in here with my sister but she has had to relocate for work unfortunately. We were a vegetarian household but that's not a requirement for the new tenant, although I am plant-based but honestly I don't see it as a necessity.

All bills are included in the rent, so there is no extra cost on top of the £1000 for rent. Both Hackney Downs stn and Hackney Central stn are within 5 minute walk so it's ideal if you need public transport.

A small bit about me, I work in Waterloo in the charity sector for a homelessness organisation. I am in the office 4 days a week and usually cycle in, it's proving a lot easier in the summer. I am an active person who recently took up swimming and climbing regularly, but I have always loved the outdoors so spend most of my weekend hiking or cycling on the outskirts of London.
