Looking for a new housemate for our lovely house in Homerton E5, as our housemate is moving back to Dublin.
The House:
- 10 min walk from Homerton station
- Lots of good little shops/independent food/coffee around, Chatworth Rd just round the corner
- Big Tesco/Lidl 20 min walk
- Garden with lots of space for plants or bikes
- Shared Living Room with TV
- Downstairs loo and upstairs shared bathroom
Housemates:
You would be living with Ellen, Annie and Jamie (all over 30). Ellen works in an art gallery, Annie is a midwife (on 9-5, no shift work) and Jamie works at Kew Gardens. We love a chat and do stuff together sometimes but also chill separately.
Admin:
We sign a year long contract so you would need to commit to a full year :)
