Double Room in Bright Modern Flat

Hi,
I'm looking for a new flatmate for a furnished room with a private full bathroom that belongs to the room.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and very bright living room, very spacious balcony, and access to a shared roof terrace with amazing views. We have pretty views of the skyline and lots of light in the evening (facing West), which is perfect for a morning coffee or evening dinner on the balcony! Further, there is a 24-hour concierge and a residents gym. Despite being super central and close to the Dalston junction, it’s really peaceful here as we are one block behind the busy street, which makes it much quieter.

You’d be sharing with me — originally from Germany, now I work in tech in central London. I’m into tennis, road cycling, like to socialise, and generally being active. I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful, and I’m looking for someone similar.

Great transport links are nearby (Dalston Junction / Kingsland Overground, plus loads of buses), and close to great cafes such as Cafe OTO, Dusty Knuckle Bakery, and parks.

Bills including the council tax amount to around 200£ per person.
