Room In Hoxton/Haggerston Area

looking for somebody to come and take my room as I'm sadly moving out :(

we're currently also looking for someone to fill another room in the house, so it'd be four people in the place when all's said and done !

in terms of the current housemates, you'd be living with two lovely Aussie girls (Eve and Hannah), who are into all the usual nice things - pub trips, movie nights, cooking, music, etc. etc. historically we've tended to come and go about the house, so do a good mix of things together but also by ourselves :))

the room is a great one - nice and cosy with lovely wooden flooring and storage etc. and a shared bathroom on the floor between two people, and then a full bathroom downstairs for everyone! also we have a cleaner that comes every two weeks which is extremely handy

location couldn't be better - broadway market is a ten minute stroll down the canal, dalston is a five minute bus right up kingsland road, and generally there's a good array of shops/bars/restaurants nearby.

we've also got a fantastic garden out the back (so a place to keep a bike), a well-equipped kitchen, and a cosy living-room with a big old smart-tv (thank you Eve).

rent plus bills usually comes to about £1,075. move in date is 6th Sept although can be a bit flexible! Kim the landlord/agent is great, also we've just signed on for two more years, but they're sound with swapping the name on the tenancy etc. if you ever find yourself needing to move out (hence why I've just put minimum stay on here as 1 year lol)

such a special place that will forever be in my heart :(( . the girls are amazing and are really just looking for somebody reasonably sound (and preferably a girl) to join the fun, so shoot me a message if you're interested in a viewing !! :)
