Two double rooms in Hoxton

Hey, we’ve got two fully furnished rooms becoming available in our four-bedroom flat near Hoxton Station. The flat includes a shared kitchen, bathroom and half bath, living room, and huge balcony.

Two of our current flatmates are moving cities, so you’d be living with Gio and me (LJ). We are both finishing up our master’s programs and looking to start work in the fall. We are pretty laid back, keep the flat clean, and are always up for a bit of socializing or going out when we can.

We're looking for flatmates who are friendly and chill, and who’d be down to hang out occasionally.
