Room Available in Social Hackney / Clapton House

*Tenancy until the end of November

We’ve got a spare room available in our social, friendly house just off Chatsworth Road.

This top floor room is one of the smaller rooms - but still has a great amount of space / fits a large desk inside.

We have a garden, patio with a nicely sized kitchen living room allowing plenty of space, with us working around 2-3 days at home between us.

As flatmates we’re all 25 - and know eachother from our time at Uni. A combination of working in tech, publishing and consultancy.

We’re classically into football, music and often spend time together at the weekend going to the pub / walking / nights out around the area.

We also have some friends up the road who we often spend time with and would more than welcome a new face.

We all have partners so there can sometimes be a few more people over but people also have their space within the house so there’s always time to chill.

We’ve got a flat mate moving out so are looking for someone to join us for the last two months of the tenancy - we’ve lived here for a couple years and have loved it.
