Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom flat.

We would love someone to join that fits our vibe (The vibe being- a Guinness at Chesham arms, seasonal vegetables and being a little too obsessed with recycling/waste reduction)

- We live in a 3 bedroom flat in Hackney central. We have a spacious living room/dining room, kitchen, washing machine and small balcony.
- 3 minute walk to Hackney Central station and 10 minute walk to Hackney Downs station. 10 minute walk to London fields. 3 minute walk to the BIG tesco and m&s.

Room!!!!
-You will be in the biggest bedroom. Comes with bed, bed side table and wardrobe.
-£1150 per month + bills.
- Available for move in anytime between 5th and 18th September.
- We need you to be able to sign onto our lease with us.

- Emily- 29 years old environmental consultant.
- Paul 🐈‍⬛- Emily’s son, sweet but shy boy.

We like a good mix of our own time and spending time together debriefing on our days. We both hybrid work and happy if you do too.
