Two double rooms in Hackney (central east London)

Two people are moving out and the current flatmate (Henry) is looking for someone to move in from 1st October (possibly 1st Nov).

The flat has 3 bedrooms and will have total of 3 tenants. There are two double bedrooms available to rent. Flat is right next to the canal, perfect for nice quick walks!

There is a shared kitchen/living room, and bathroom. The rooms will be unfurnished and the rent includes water, electricity, council tax and wifi.

Henry works from home most days and work four evenings a week. He’s looking to share with flatmates who would like to live in a clean, quiet flat that would be a calm and relaxing space for everyone.

The building is an unusual and quirky space with excellent bus, overground and underground transport links. It's a 10-minute walk away from Shoreditch, Dalston and London Fields, and Islington is only a 30-minute walk away.

Henry has lived here a few years and love the flat; looking to remain here for at least the next couple years.
