Hello! Our current flatmate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her room from 1 December. Contract would be for a year, with possibility of renewal.

Rent is £760.00/month without bills, and approx. £860.00/month with bills.

About the room: the room is spacious and unfurnished. It can easily accommodate a double bed, wardrobe, desk and shelves. We share a bathroom and other common areas (separate loo, kitchen and living room).

The flat is located in a very friendly area (in front of a children's playground, so it is very quiet). It is a 5 min walk to Hackney Downs and a 10 min walk to Hackney Central. There are local shops 2 min away and a very large Tesco 10min away.

The flat is right by Hackney Downs park (where it is possible to exercise, play tennis, etc.) and there are lots of things to do in the area.

The flat is shared with two young female professionals who are very nice, respectful, clean and tidy.
