Spacious Double room in Hackney (E8)

I’m unfortunately having to move out of this spacious room in Hackney Downs. 5 minute walk from the overground station with great connections into Central London.

The flat has a living room, kitchen, and garden accessible via flatmates room. The room is furnished with a double bed, two sets of drawers, a clothes rail, a large set of shelves and a desk. The only piece not staying is the desk chair.

You’ll be living with 2 flatmates, 28F from Australia and 26M from New Zealand. Both are professionals, fairly sociable (but respect privacy and downtime!) and are looking for people of a similar age and vibe to live with.

The room is available from 1st December onward, but an earlier move in can be negotiated!
