Light room in spacious flat in Hackney

Looking for a fun, respectful & clean flatmate to take over my room in this lovely flat! The room comfortably fits a double bed and furniture, and has lots of natural light due to the big windows and doors that open up onto a private patio garden. The flat has a big open planned living room kitchen, and a big bathroom which you will only share with one other flatmate (the other has an ensuite.) The flat is brand new (we are the first to live here!) so everything works perfectly. There is also a secure bike rack within the property. It is on a super nice street, not much traffic and seconds away from Clapton high st and Hackney downs park. There are also two amazing restaurants at either end of the road! The flat is also within short walking distance of Hackney Central, Hackney downs and Clapton station.

The room comes unfurnished, however I am happy to have a conversation about potentially selling my bed and wardrobe if you are interested. The flat was unfurnished when we moved in, so we are still in the process of getting more things to add to the living spaces.

You will be living with two incredible flatmates, one male and one female, both 24. One works on the crew team for orchestras, the other is a violinist. Both are chill and super friendly, but also clean and respectful of shared space. They enjoy hanging out together - watching tv over dinner, playing board games and the odd pub quiz! But they are also mindful of people’s privacy and individual schedules. If you are a like minded individual we’d love to meet you to get to know you better!

Move in between 18th Oct - start of Nov. We didn’t pay a deposit when we moved in, the landlord has a no deposit option so instead we pay a small amount each month towards a deposit.
