Large Double Bedroom in Lovely Hackney Flat

My friend and I are looking for someone to move into our 3-bed Hackney flat from October.

The terraced multi-level flat comes fully furnished, with a lovely terrace out the back. The available room is the largest of the house, on the top level and is £1010 covering rent and bills (bills include council tax, water, gas, electricity and internet). Bedroom comes with bed, draws and closet (pictured). Armchair, mirror and bedside tables not included.

The house is located in Hackney, surrounded by lots of great cafes and walking distance to London Fields/Broadway Market.

It is well-connected just a 5-minute walk to Hackney Central Station and 5-minute walk to Hackney Downs Station.

You would be living with myself, a marketing manager originally from New Zealand and Cristina a barista originally from Spain. We are both very active - we met playing Handball in London and spend a lot of our spare time training or playing. We both love to travel and get to do a lot of this over the summer, often going to Beach Handball tournaments over weekeds, or travelling with friends. We also love our friends and spend a lot of time with them or just chilling at home.

We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and respectful, who will contribute to the shared house, happy to chill and chat but is also happy to do their own thing!

Move in date is the 21st of October.
