The house is very much a home and they will be looking for someone who is of a similar mindset, and is happy to help host the occasional party / gathering.
The area – if you don’t know it already – is beautiful, with all the baked delights of Chatworth Road on your doorstep, and the canals and marshes behind.
Rent is: £908 per month
Bills: £107 monthly, plus there is a fortnightly cleaner (£10).
Room is semi-furnished (bed and chest of draws), with the option to buy desk / chair / wardrobe etc
