The bedroom comes unfurnished, we share the living room/kitchen areas which is big and super bright with a fully equipped kitchen. It’s a great space for hosting dinner parties, and equally to cozy-up in front of a movie. Not a party house, but enjoy celebrating the big occasions.

+ Location : 5 mins to hackney downs station and 10 mins from Hackney Central. Walkable distance from the best Hackney has to offer (broadway market, dalston kingsland, newington green, etc.)

+ Rent: £980pcm

+ Bills : around 100£-120£ a month

+ Moving date preferred is on the 2nd of November

About us :
Courteney, a 27yo Northerner working as a Creative Producer & Carmen a 29yo Talent Manager.

We’ve got a pretty balanced lifestyle, during the week you’ll find us going for runs, playing badminton, heading to the pub, or catching a film at the cinema. Weekends are a mix of big walks in nature, camping trips, or (more often!) hanging out in the park, checking out local wine bars/pubs, and enjoying fun things around the neighborhood.

We’d love to live with someone who enjoys cooking together, having a catch-up, or watching a series/film on the couch, but also values downtime and doing their own thing.

We both work in the office full-time during the week, but we’re usually around most evenings

About You :
I'm looking for easy-going and tidy flatmates that equally enjoy contributing to the communal areas and is respectful of space. I will be prioritising professional girls in mid to late 20s and early 30s. x
