Leafy double room in Haggerston house share, available in early November. The house is a great place to live, with an amazing garden and perfectly located within walking distance of Haggerston station, London Fields, Dalston and the canal. It's a shame to be leaving.

THE ROOM

- Large first floor front room with a double bed and space for a desk.

- Large window looks out onto a big tree on Middleton Rd, with black out blinds.

- Comes with a double bed/mattress, chair, vintage sideboard/storage unit, built in bookshelves and cupboard with hanging space and shelves.

THE HOUSE

- We have a very large open plan living room/dining room/kitchen (with dishwasher) and there's lots of storage for kitchen items. Dining table for six (or eight at a pinch)

- We have a terrace which gets non-stop sun. The garden is huge, also south-facing, though because of all the beautiful trees it is more shaded.

- The house is split over three floors. Dining/kitchen/living areas all ground floor, first floor is laundry/office room, two bedrooms and the bathroom. The third bedroom is on the top floor, in the attic space. There's one bathroom between us but different schedules means there is never really a wait.

- Space inside for a bike too.

TRANSPORT

- We're an easy five minute walk from Haggerston Overground station. Many buses around the corner on Kingsland Road and Dalston is on your doorstep. London Fields is a 10 minute walk away, as is the Canal. Victoria Park is around a 30 minute walk.

HOUSEMATES

- The house has three housemates living here (one Brit and one Australian staying on) There's a chill atmosphere and the housemates are lovely, late 20s/early 30s professionals.

- General interests across the house are cooking, the great outdoors and general London culture and socialising. It's not a party house but we all go out to gigs and festivals. It's a really warm & welcoming environment. Mix of office/WFH.

YOU

- Open to individuals only sorry. Preferably a mix of office/WFH. Fun and chill, down for the odd meal together but also got their own thing going on. Send us a message telling us a little bit about yourself if you like the look of the room.
