The flat has an open-plan kitchen living area, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and double doors on to a small private terrace.

The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, fridge freezer, and microwave.

We live upstairs in the remainder of the house and there is sound proofing but we are a family of five with three children so there will be some noise that you will need to be able to tolerate.

We are looking for a quiet, friendly, non-smoking, professional or mature student. No families I'm afraid.
