Hackney room in 3 bed flat

Our lovely flat mate is off to live her dream down at the coast so a room has become available in our 3 bed home.

Lovely spacious room with a mezzanine double bed with plenty of storage in a great Hackney location. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with just me and a shower between the 3 of us (have never had a queue for it!)

5 min walk from Hackney Downs Park and The Star Pub. 10 min walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations. 15 min walk to Dalston. Great bus links.

The room is available from the beginning of November. Bill not included - range between £100-150 pcm.

You’ll be sharing my with myself (James, 27) and Ben (24).

I work in events in Shoreditch with a fairly standard schedule of 9-6 and events as and when they come up. I like to go climbing, watch films , go running and cook.

Ben is a cook in Soho so has a more of a shift work pattern. As a result is out at work a lot more often and later into the evening.

We both like to socialise when we’re about but also respect each others space. We have a lovely homely living room which is great for catching up and hanging out. We’re definitely not a bring back the party household, think more friends over for dinner/coffee and peaceful home vibes.

Ideally looking for a working professional with a 9-5/6 schedule, who likes to hang out occasionally when schedules allow it and is looking for a home rather than a place to crash. Calm, clean, respectful, the usual. Has their own thing going on but happy to hang as and when.

No particular preference on gender although a girl would be nice to keep some balance in the flat, but not set in stone.
