SHORT TERM LET (October 19th - October 31st)

I am subletting 1 double bedroom in this cosy flat, which is located in between Hackney Downs and Lower Clapton.

It is a double room, with shared access to a spacious living room and a big kitchen. There is also a shared bathroom and toilet.

Quick access to Livepool Street, it takes 5-10 mins on the train, which is the overground and national rail from Hackney Downs stn, they run regularly at least every 10 minutes.

It's in an amazing location with Hackney Downs Park a literal stones throw away, across the road. Also within 5 minute walk is Hackney Marshes and the River Lea canal.

All bills are included

Furniture (bed/drawers/ mirror) will remain in the room, personal items will be cleared so lots of room for storage, including large cupboard with a door and under bed storage compartments.
