Looking for a 4th housemate to join us in our big lovely home in Hackney!
About us:
We're Nicola, Daniel and Oly - 2 Aussies and 1 South African, all professionals, 2 in finance, and 1 a startup founder.
During the week we're pretty busy with work - and on the weekends we like to hit the pub, run, gym, chill or do our own thing. Daniel is always down for a beer!
About the room/house:
Largest room in a 4 bed Victorian house, sharing upstairs with 2 rooms and a big master bathroom. Your room comes with a chest of drawers, bed, and floor to ceiling shelf.
Downstairs there's another bedroom, guest bathroom, kitchen and lounge. The whole house was revamped before we moved in so in great condition.
Our lease ends 21st July as our landlady is selling the house - so your contract will be 8 months. Bills are roughly 100-150 per month (winter is a little more expensive).
2 min from Hackney Central Station, 5 min from London Fields park.
About you:
We strike a balance of fun and laid back, all independent while enjoying each others company. Hoping to find someone similar who doesn't work from home full time and is sociable but not a massive party animal - we can't hack it like we used to :')
We're looking for another guy to balance the house, so no ladies - sorry!
