SUBLET - Private bathroom double - Hackney Central

The space – newish block right near Hackney Town Hall, 5th floor with a big living space and a balcony. Your room is a really good size (12.5m2), has a great desk set up, lots of cupboard space, and a private bathroom. The flat gets amazing light (and stays pretty warm!) & is in a super exciting area of the city (5 mins from Hackney Central, 10 mins to London Fields and Broadway Market). There is a bike storage downstairs, but no parking.

You – I'm going away between Nov 7 and Dec 9, so ideally looking for someone who is reliable, and has good communication. :)

You'll be living with Laura, a 30-year-old elite runner, who works in publishing.

Accessibility: there are two fob-access doors down the bottom, a lift (currently gets you one level below ours, it's been broken a while), so one flight of 12 steps.

Price & Date – £300 per week covers rent and bills, anytime between Sat Nov 8th and Mon Dec 8th.
