Double Room in Hackney Downs - Available 1st Nov

Hi,

I'm Max and my housemate, Harvey, and I are looking for a like minded person to join our house share in Hackney Downs. We have lived in the flat for over a year, with us having been friends beforehand and playing cricket together.

The room has a double bed and is costing £950/month, excluding bills.

Bills are not included but average to around £70/80 per month and council tax is £50/month. We also have a cleaner who comes in every 2 weeks which we share costs for.

I am a 26 yr old professional working in law, who enjoys watching and playing sports, is a big lover of music and going to gigs, and also likes film and tv. Harvey is a 29 yr old professional in finance and has lived in the area for a while. He enjoys cooking, live music, reading, as well as film and tv. We both plays and watch a number of sports and are a sociable flat who enjoy days out in London and a good pub trip, as well as watching films/tv/ sport together.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Hackney Downs station, and close to a host of nice cafes, pubs/bars and restaurants and a short walk from London Fields, Broadway Market and Hackney Downs park.
