Spare room in an amazing 5 bed Georgian townhouse, with 3 full bathrooms, spacious, light, furnished bedrooms, laundry room, peloton, a separate lounge and a large kitchen diner + garden.

You will be living with Basma, Chris and Katie. All in our 30s, we work in different professions (Media, Tech, & Finance)- we're looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful of the house and others!

We don't expect you to make us your new best mate, but someone who is chill, up for a bit of chat but as their on thing going on. Ability to laugh at yourself is essential.

We're looking for someone who has a busy life like us and works full time— ideally someone who isn’t fully remote so we don’t all get on top of each other. When working from home we try to only work from our rooms so as to keep the shared spaces communal.

Most bills are included in the rent, apart from netflix, bi-weekly cleaner, broadband, tv licence and we have a kitty for cleaning supplies. All of this is comes to £46/month.

We have a decent sized back garden with decking that has the sun in the afternoon / evenings, so perfect for keeping on top of you tan or a spot of gardening.

We are super house proud, as we have an amazing landlord that has re-done the whole house in the last couple of years and is really responsive to all house maintenance. We have a cleaner twice a month for communal areas and bathrooms though we clean both if needs be in between. It’s really important that whoever moves is respectful and has initiative in keeping the house tidy and happy.

The house is generally a place to chill, so if you're expecting to bring the party back here after a night out, this probably isn’t the place for you.
