Top‑floor duplex in a Victorian mansion block on Shore Place, just off Well Street – surprisingly quiet for the middle of Hackney.

Spacious layout:

First floor has two bedrooms, a proper living room, large kitchen, and a separate WC and shower; the top floor has three bedrooms and the main bathroom.
Optional on‑site parking by arrangement if needed.

The room:

compact double, £950.00 pcm inclusive of all bills.

Bills include fast fibre broadband (mesh Wi‑Fi) and a weekly clean of the communal areas.

We have a washer and separate dryer.

Housemates:

You’ll be sharing with Ethan, Jules, Eve and Deckard (young professionals). Easygoing, considerate and sociable without living on top of each other. We’ve made this place a home and want someone who’ll enjoy it too.

Location highlights:

Minutes to Well Street’s cafés and independents; Lidl round the corner and a large Tesco about 10 minutes away.

Walk to Victoria Park, London Fields and Well Street Common; Broadway Market and Victoria Park Village are close by.

Excellent transport:

Hackney Central/London fields Overground and plenty of day & night buses on Mare Street/Well Street.
