Hi. Im renting out my room sadly.
Since i moved into London i lived in this lovely room for 1 year and 7months.
Sadly i coudlnt sort out visa thing, so i am leaving this country.
So i hope someone takes over my room who is looking for safe london life!

The reason what i loved my flat was
In the summer the room is very chill
And even in the winter, the house and room is quite warm.
And its double glazed window.

The bills included some of things already, like wifi and council tax,
So u will pay only gas and electronic.
Usually summer time i paid £15 per month.
In winter depends how much u control the gas , however i paid last winter around 40.
Havent paid over £50.

Everyone said, to live in central london is very expensive, however after include bill, if think about it, i always thought my room is very cheap even it is very huge double room like studio.
