Double room for 1 month sublet London Fields

Large fully furnished double room for sublet in London Fields in a 2 bed flat.

The location is a 5 min walk to London Fields, Lidl and various amenities and cafes/restaurants. Also a 12 min walk to Hackney Central.

You’ll be sharing the flat with Jaxon - a super cool, friendly, creative artist in their late 20’s who works in a studio.

We’re a vegetarian household so we would ask you to also be veggie/vegan or can refrain from cooking meat in the flat.

Looking for a friendly person or couple that’s respectful, clean and wouldn’t mind to water our plants every week or so :) we’re not a party flat so if you’re looking for a cozy space to feel homely this place is for you.

The price for the full sublet term is £1000 which includes all bills - wifi, heating, electricity, water + council tax. (For couples the price would be £1150)

The room is available from the 11th December until the 9th January. We will be starting viewings from the 21st November onwards. Ideally, we would meet you in person before agreeing on the sublet.
