Hey there! We’re two friendly, easygoing women with busy lives who love coming home to a calm, tidy space to relax and recharge. The flat has a warm, peaceful vibe — it’s our little sanctuary — but we also enjoy hanging out together sometimes or having a friend drop by for a chat or a glass of wine.

The room is small but really cozy, with a bed, mattress, bedside table, clothes rail, and a big closet for extra storage. You’ll share a clean bathroom and a comfy living room with new equipment.

Rent is £985/month, on a 1-year contract. Bills are separate and come to around £80/month in summer, rising to about £120/month in winter.
The flat is in Hackney, and we’ve been here for years — our landlord’s great and everything runs smoothly.

We’re looking for someone responsible, tidy, and chill, who’ll make this flat their home and enjoy the same relaxed, good-energy vibe.
