Beautiful creative house by Columbia Road

Sophie and Kamilla are looking for someone to take over the third bedroom in their beautiful Victorian terraced house on November 14th. There is an open plan dining/living room, separate kitchen, garden, shared bathroom.

We are creative girls in our mid/late twenties. We are fun, active, hardworking and tidy. We love cats, art, film, yoga, design, literature, food (etc).

The house is perfectly located in East London: a 3 minute walk from Columbia Road flower market, 5 minutes from Hackney City Farm and 10 minutes from Broadway Market. It is an 8 minute walk to Hoxton Overground Station, and 15 minutes to Whitechapel and Bethnal Green tube stations.

We need to double check the deposit but this is an estimate.
