Sadly leaving London and looking for a someone to take over my room mid-December (but flexible with dates).

Cute 2 bedroom ground floor flat with large outdoor area. Newly renovated when we moved in - with new beds, fold out couch, furnishings and appliances (incl dishwasher!!) 10min walk to hackney downs and hackney central stations, plus plenty of bus routes. Perfect location to enjoy everything hackney has to offer - amazing pubs, restaurants, cafes, markets, parks, canals and just general good time vibes.

You’ll be sharing the flat with my amazing gal pal Georgia, 29 y/o Kiwi, full time sonographer. Looking for someone social, enjoys a pint or two but equally likes their own space.

Rent is £1000 p/m + bills (approx £130 p/m).
Deposit £1211 (please note deposit was split evenly between myself and flatmate, however room prices differ due to different sized rooms)

The room has plenty of storage and comes fully furnished. Whatever you don’t want I can sell / donate.
