Large Double En-Suite Room

Looking for someone to join our house share in Haggerston. (Awaiting job offer, if it doesn’t come through room will be available. Will know early next week, so viewings would be from next week, thanks for your patience!)

4 story house including shared courtyard and private roof terrace. Private en-suite bathroom with bath and space for desk in room. The room comes with bed, mattress which is three months new, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Housemates are made up of Andy🇮🇪 in project management, Vick 🇬🇧in Insurance and another new flatmate, ages between 28-32. A mixture of work from home/in the office throughout the week.

Looking for someone to join us who fits in well, the house is often calm during the week as everyone is busy at work, crossing paths for dinners in the evening. We all have busy social lives but do enjoy the odd coffee walk and hungover Sunday. The house is very clean and a good laugh!

Bills are pretty standard, around £200pp monthly, this includes electricity, heat, WiFi, council tax and a cleaner who comes 1-2 times a month.
