Warm and Welcoming Hackney Flat

Hi! I am sad to be moving out of this great room in Hackney - the flat has been excellent throughout my time living here but for financial reasons I will be moving closer to my work, meaning the room will be coming available.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Hackney Downs station, and you can walk for 15 minutes in any direction and be in Dalston, Hackney Central, Clapton, or London Fields - Hackney Downs Park is just next door as well!

Rent is £825pm with around £110/120 in bills per month, and is in Zone 2 for TFL. No couples or students sorry!

The flat has all the standard amenities, a shared living room and a big accessible garden out the back. The room itself comes with the bed, and I'm happy to sell on any furniture that will be useful for a cheap rate. The move-in date is January 1 2026, but I can be slightly flexible if needed, can be discussed.

You'll be living with 2 other flatmates, Kayla (28f, Aussie) and Tommy (27m, Brit) - Tommy will only be moving in on December 1, so is a good opportunity to come into a friendly flat with a clean slate!

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing replacement for my room of a similar age, who is clean, respectful and easy to get along with. Preference will be given to candidates who tell us about themselves and their interests, as well as strong communicators.

Viewings will take place in early December, with dates to be confirmed. I will respond to all messages but please be aware you may not hear back straight away whilst we field all applications.
