I'm subletting my 1 bed flat from November 20 to November 30 - it'll add up to £715 (all included). You'll have the whole place to yourself.

The flat is based in Lower Clapton, very close to Millfields Park and the Hackney Marshes. The neighbourhood is lively and friendly, with cafés, independent shops, restaurants, and a Sunday street market right on your doorstep.

The front door opens to an entrance area where you can keep your shoes, the bed room on the right and the bathroom to the left. Ahead lies an open plan kitchen and living area which contains everything you need.

It's my home, so would want it to be treated as yours. Happy for you to come have a look if needed! Otherwise, we can jump on a Zoom and I could show you around.
