Double Room in Hackney in cozy house share

After over 3 years I am moving out of this dreamy house located in Lower Clapton/Hackney, between Hackney Central and Homerton. I have loved my time here and I'm sad to leave; now looking for a professional that fits the cozy and calm vibe of the house and is looking to stay longterm!

ROOM
- Double room, completely furnished
- Space for free standing bed, closet and small shelf
- Under bed storage

HOUSE
- Shared kitchen and living room full furnished with everything you need
- Balcony with amazing sun all day
- Location is amazing - just few minutes from Chatsworth Road with many coffee shops
- Walking distance to Overground (Homerton, Hackney Central) and Busses

VIBE
- The house has always been a cozy and calm space that the other flatmates would like to keep going. We do have occasional dinner parties & friends over, always up for dinner and chats together
- Sharing with a creative professional female working in advertising & a female head of sales in hospitality
- Clean - we'd like to keep it super clean as we have a cleaner coming every 2 weeks

BILLS
- Roughly £150 depending on gas/electricity usage - includes all bills (council tax, gas, water, electricity) with a cleaner coming every 2 weeks

VIEWINGS
- We'll be doing viewings as we are available as some of us will be travelling before and around Christmas so will have to work around that
- Would be available for FaceTime viewings aswell
