I’m looking for someone to take over my furnished bedroom starting anytime* in a 2br, 1bath lease in bethnal green/hackney! Unfortunately, as an American, my time in the UK has come to an end and I’m looking for a great match to move in with my best friend and take over my spot on the lease!

The flat is in walking distance to Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and Shoreditch and Hackney High Streets. We’re looking for someone with a similar dynamic to us who can hang out and be a fun flatmate :)

About the room:
- Well-lit room with large wardrobe, nightstand, and desk included
- Full-sized bed with leftover room for activities (I do yoga in my room all the time!)
- Under-bed space and basement storage
- £1395 per month for room and wifi (water, power, and council tax paid separately)

- Nice neighbors and community feeling in building
- Perfectly situated between shoreditch, bethnal green, and hackney
- 1 min walk to the 26/55 bus, 6 min walk to the overground, 10 min walk to the central line
