I’m looking to rent out my room from 20th December until 1st January (potentially a few days longer if needed)
The flat is in a great location, just a short walk from both Hackney Downs and Hackney Central stations, and right next to the beautiful Hackney Downs park.
You’ll be sharing the apartment with my friends – four lovely housemates in their twenties (two guys and two girls). They’re easy-going, friendly, and know each other well. Most of them will likely be away for part of the Christmas period, so the flat should be pretty calm and quiet.
The apartment has a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and even a balcony (though it might be a bit chilly to enjoy it right now!).
Price for the stay: £300 (all bills included).
