Subletting my cosy flat in Hackney Central from 28th December. This is a 1 bed flat in an amazing area, super central to all amenities. 1 minute walk to Hackney Central station, 10 minute walk to Broadway Market and London Fields. 5 minutes by train to Highbury and Islington station.
In a lovely 18th Century building with lovely neighbours and community feel. Access to communal gardens and locked bike storage.
Price is £1775 a month plus bills which are usually around £225 a month. Better suited to a couple due to high rental costs in the area.
Flexible on how long flat would be sublet, but ideally somebody keen to have it for over 3 months. Happy to negotiate a time frame.
I will be abroad for a lot of the year, so looking for someone to enjoy the space, but look after it in my absence.
Will come fully furnished with really lovely furniture and kitchenware, so only interested in finding somebody that is clean, tidy, respectful and a non smoker.
