We have a room free in our spacious victorian home which we have luckily managed to have the lease extended till August 2027.
We’ve lived in this house since August 2024 and absolutely love it here with no intention of moving on soon. Our former flatmate sadly decided to head home to NZ and we’re looking for someone new to share our home and oddbox with
Our bills come to £123 a month for gas, electricity, internet, council tax, TV license (and yes our oddbox, we’re obsessed)
The room available is beautifully sun soaked with a huge double sash window over half of the length of the wall which hopefully makes up for it being slightly smaller.
It currently has a double bed, wardrobe
and small set of drawers (room comes furnished but the bed can be removed if preferred). There is additional storage in the house/loft.
Giorgia and I are both in our early 30s with busy jobs in medicine and the arts who love to unwind with a glass of wine or a sauna. Keen for a great fit for our home!
We love living here and can’t rave about the location eniugh
- The street is quiet (one-way) and really beautiful with trees
- Super close access to Hackney Downs station (2min walk)
- Great amenities nearby (yoga, sauna, supermarkets/shops, dry-cleaners etc.)
- Great access to both London Fields and Hackney Downs parks
- Private garden and balcony, with BBQ and fire pit
