A spacious room with king size bed and lots of storage will be available from beginning of February in a three bedroom flat within a small block just off Hackney Road. The flat is in a great location less than 10 minutes walk to Broadway market and Columbia flower market. Near both the central line and overground. The fantastic location is close to lots of restaurants, bars and grocery shops with everything you need close by.

The flat is on the first floor (no lift) and consists of 3 bright bedrooms, large fully equipped kitchen, a big bright lounge with a 3 seater sofa, a shower room and a separate toilet and with two balconies.

You would be sharing the flat with two flatmates. One is already living there; she’s in her early 30s and is friendly, tidy, and considerate, and we’re looking for another person to move in this February. We’re seeking young professionals in their late 20s to early 30s who are clean, friendly, and respectful of others’ space.

Room is available for single occupancy only.
Bills are not included in the rent and will have to be arranged and split with other occupants.
